We’re ready to roll en français aujourd’hui 🥰
Today I’m working with an interpreter I’ve know since high school days ie. over 30 years‼️
We used to frequent the Alliance Française together.
We hosted many foreign language exchange students from Martinique and Guadeloupe over the decades showing them the treasures of our islands.
Then we ended up studying together at the Universite des Antilles (UAG) at Schoelcher in Martinique.
We moved back to Trinidad one year apart, me to finish UWI studies while he went into the teaching service.
Years later we both studied Interpreting at UWI in 2006.
And the rest is history as they say!
Happy to work on this first assignment in #trinidadandtobago for 2024 with my longtime “booth buddy”.
